Each year, the Louisiana PLT steering committee selects one educator-facilitator to be recognized as an Outstanding Educator.  These educators must be PLT facilitators, have demonstrated leadership in promoting PLT in their area, and serve a model for their colleagues.  Nominations are accepted each October and the winner is announced the following January.  For more information on how to be considered an Outstanding PLT Educator, contact your state coordinator or any state steering committee member.
